Adidas - GSG9.2 Military Tactical Boots
Product Description
These boots are extremely light weight and ideal for PT, Battle runs, phys, they are not a combat boot for an operational tour or exersize. Used extensively by troops doing the Pre Para and P company courses. Designed by the guys in Hereford in conjunction with Adidas to give them a good all round boot, that was lightweight yet supportive.
Modern update to the classic tactical public authorities shoe.
Features a water-resistant, breathable full-grain leather upper and fully-cushioned TRAXION outsole.
ClimaProof upper with seam-sealed membrane for water-resistance and breathability
3 Stripes saddle construction of abrasion-resistant adiTUFF material for superior midfoot support and protection, Full-grain, leather upper with hydrophobic treatment for comfort and water-resistance
Perforated collar provides additional breathability
Large radius medial arch area for safe and precise rappelling manouvers
High abrasion-resistant wrap insert in arch area for safer and extremely effective braking control
during Fast Roping' assaults, Rope Assault Protection (RAP)
High abrasion-resistant midfoot saddle construction provides midfoot support and durability
Engineered, tactical outsole featuring Traxion outsole lugs for ultimate grip
adiPRENE heel insert for comfort and shock absorption
Ortholite inlay sole for comfort and perfect foot climate
Fulfils anti-static Norm (DIN EN 344-1, 4.3.4)
Also fulfils Oil and Gasoline resistant Norm (DIN EN ISO 20345, 20346, 20347)
Sizes Kept in Stock are UK 7 - 13 including Half Sizes
All others are to order and could take up to 10 - 14 Days
These Boots do tend to come up a half size too small.

Theses are by far the best pair of boots I have ever worn. I brought Adidas GSG9 on recommendation from a friend on a Friday. Monday morning I started Regimental Pre Para training (Normandy troop) then moved on to Brigade Pre Para. and then up to Catterick for All Arm Pre Parachute Training,11 weeks of arduous training, I covering over 800 miles across ever possible terrain you can imagine, These boots survived the test and I would go as far to say they helped me through. Being light and flexible its like wearing a pair of trainers on your feet and I didn’t get one blister, I upgraded the insoles to Noene shock absorbing insoles but that was my preference the insole you get are equally as good. I Still wear them for Physical Training as they are not up to parade standard anymore as you can imagine, but I will be buying a second pair when this pair dies on me

Bought a pair of these - after wearing them in (which is to be expected!) they are great. Exactly as described on the tin :-)
